Dave became a shareholder of Schelling Construction in 1998 and holds 40% ownership in the company. He has been a key asset to Schelling Construction and helped lead the company into multiple areas of commercial construction. He is the head estimator for Schelling Construction and has contributed greatly to the growth of the company. Dave's easy going personality enables him to manage the day to day operations of the company by coordinating our projects and our workforce. His years of experience have helped him to establish long lasting relationships with our Owners, subcontractors & material suppliers.
